I had a truly heartwarming experience at Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale (Dhanori outlet). I reached the shop just as it was closing—the shutters were down and the owner was about to lock up. I requested her if I could quickly buy some peda, as my son had just passed his 10th CBSE board exams and he loves Chitale sweets. To my surprise, she politely listened and immediately asked her staff to reopen the shop. They switched on the lights, restarted the system, and served me fresh mithai. She even congratulated my son on his achievement, which made the moment even more special. In a world where most people would simply say “we’re closed,” this gesture truly stood out. It wasn’t just about buying sweets—it was about kindness, empathy, and genuine hospitality. I’m extremely grateful for this experience. We may not know each other, but such human connections make all the difference. Highly recommend not just for their delicious sweets, but also for the wonderful people behind the counter. Best mithai and farsan shop in Dhanori. Visited on 7.9.25. Bought mini puranpoli_Rs.100/mava barfi_ softest we had till date, fresh and pure/bhavnagri gathia, bakarwadi, rajgira bites, _all best.

I want to thank Preeti for going above and beyond during the Ganpati Festival. I had requested a custom 56 Bhog box, and although it was not a standard order, she patiently spent an hour putting it together. She could have easily declined, but instead, she made sure everything was arranged perfectly. Truly appreciate the effort and dedication.

Amazing quality of food provided by amazing people who were so warm and welcoming! This is the place to be! The food was exemplary, the owner was very warm and took initiative to make my experience as a consumer better.
